abstract = "This study reports a nanobiosensor for dynamic single-cell gene analysis during collective cancer invasion in 3D microenvironments. By incorporating multiphoton microscopy and a 3D cancer invasion assay, we perform dynamic gene expression during cancer invasion and characterize invasive leader cells in 3D microenvironments. Our results underscores the significance of the Notch signaling in the regulation of invasive leader cells during 3D collective cancer invasion.",
