Abstract

We present data showing entanglement between an InAs quantum dot (QD) and its spontaneously emitted photon. This entanglement realization is vital for the scalabilities of quantum information technologies. OCIS codes: (270.0270) Quantum Optics; (270.1670) Coherent Optical Effects.
