Abstract
A reconstituted microsomal mixed-function oxidase system has demonstrated the capacity to dechlorinate 1,1,2-trichloroethane. The activity of the reconstituted system was stimulated by the presence of 100,000 g supernatant, similar to intact microsomes, and had characteristics of previous reconstituted systems with different substrates.
