title = "CW, single-frequency 229nm laser source for Cd-cooling by harmonic conversion",
abstract = "More than 200mW of CW 229nm for Cd atom cooling application was generated by the 4th harmonic of a single-frequency optically pumped semiconductor laser using a 10-mm long, Brewster-cut BBO crystal in an external cavity. With 650mW of 458nm input, 216mW of 229nm power was observed. Conversion efficiency from 458nm to 229nm was more than 33%.",
