Abstract

An electrooptical computer for the reconstruction of computed tomography (CT) images in a video frame time (1/30 s) is described, and the first reconstructed images are presented. In combination with a system for acquiring real-time projection data, CT videography, i. e. , the viewing of dynamic events within a cross-section in real-time, is realized.
