Abstract

The authors regret Tinh Doan's affiliation in the paper “Department of Statistics, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, USA” is incorrect. Tinh Doan's correct affiliation is “ANU College of Health and Medicine, Australian National University, Australian Capital Territory, Australia”. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
