Abstract

The authors regret that the elevation of the Mt. Bigelow, Arizona, USA (US-MtB) study site was listed incorrectly in the original manuscript version. The correct elevation for this site is 2573 meters above sea level. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
