Abstract
The clinical, angiographic, and echocardiographic features of cor triatriatum are described in a young adult. A systolic murmur heard preoperatively was palpated over the left atrium at the time of surgery. It would appear that murmurs associated with cor triatriatum occur secondary to flow across the intra-atrial membrane.
