Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

A device to introduce continuously variable delays in electric signals with frequencies in the megahertz range is proposed. The basis of the device is the generation of replicas of ultrasonic wave packets by conduction electrons in metals. The construction, advantages, and limitations of the device are discussed.
