abstract = "Three stationkeeping strategies in Earth-Moon L1 halo orbits are proposed based on continuous LQR control and Floquet theory using periodic control gains. The three strate- gies are based on time-periodic inffnite horizon LQR, backstepping technique with time- invariant LQR, and a dead-band periodic-gain controller. It is shown that the proposed controllers use less control effort than does traditional feedback linearization for the same settling time envelope of the tracking error.",
