Abstract

The carrier wave of high-intensity phase-locked multi-THz pulses controls dynamical Bloch oscillations and interband polarization in bulk semiconductors, leading to the emission of all-coherent high-order harmonics covering 12.7 optical octaves from THz to VIS regimes.
