N2 - Spherical active coated nano-particles are examined analytically and numerically in the presence of one, two or four quantum emitters (electric Hertzian dipoles). The ability of the coated nano-particle to effectively cloak the emitters to a far-field observer is reported. This offers an interesting route towards the jamming of quantum emitters/nano-antennas, for instance, in biological fluorescence assays.
