Abstract

Coordinate Measuring Machine was utilized for the optical alignment of the infrared spectrometer on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The assembled three-mirror telescope satisfies the target tolerance and achieves the Nyquist sampling (80% EED / 30 μm).
