Charge Transport and Charge Recombination Processes in Organic Semiconductors

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

The operations of devices using organic semiconductors as active elements rely on a number of common processes, among which charge transport and charge recombination/separation play major roles. Here, we provide a theoretical understanding of these processes at the microscopic level, based on the application of electron transfer theory.
