Abstract
The interplay between students' views of college and of the religious self was examined to understand the internal processes of those who underwent a religious change. Interviews of four traditional-aged college students representing diverse ethnic backgrounds demonstrate how social and academic communities contribute to changes towards a redefined spiritual self.
