Abstract
The features of two fallacies related to debunking radiation-measurement misconceptions for plant photosynthesis are discussed. First misconception is that in establishing the equivalence of two-plant lighting treatments, only the equality of moles of photosynthetic photons is important. The second misconception is the in comparing different light sources, it is erroneous to measure their photosynthetic radiation outputs based on phytoW. The misconception is that such measurements may not be used at all as basis in judging the relative photosynthetic values of the light sources.
