Abstract

This paper describes a broadband transient simulator for Frequency-Dependent Lossy Interconnects that uses a Dispersive Hybrid Phase Pole Macromodel. The method employs canonical Bessel-function-based integrals to calculate the transient signal in an efficient manner.
