Anomalous relaxation and self-organization in nonequilibrium processes

Abstract

A model of dynamic self-organization is introduced. It is conjectured that the model can also be applied to stretched-exponential relaxation in many biological and physical systems. For demonstration purposes, the properties of self-organization in a simple model are studied.
