Abstract
In multi-input chromatography (MIC), a series of injections are made in rapid succession and a chromatogram corresponding to each injection is obtained. The chromatograms resulting from the different injections overlap (or convolve) at the detector. In previous studies, cross-correlation was used to deconvolute the chromatogram from the detector output. In this investigation, adaptive digital filtering (ADF) was investigated as an alternate deconvolution procedure.
