Abstract

The purpose of this study is to characterize suspected and confirmed drug overdose patients seen at the University of Arizona Medical Center from August, 1975 to July, 1978 with regard to demographic characteristics, the incidence of drugs or combinations of drugs including alcohol involved, treatment aspects, and other miscellaneous factors.
