Abstract
A redox titrator for the preparation of small volumes of highly concentrated biological samples for X-ray synchrotron studies provides for the redox equilibration at temperatures of 40 to -30°C. Anaerobic transfer directly to the X-ray sample chamber and mixing of an additional reagent just prior to freeze-trapping of the redox-equilibrated sample are provided.
