Abstract

In the following paper a system for laparoscopic surgery training is presented. The main contribution of the paper is a novel approach to training, where a 3D model of the training object serves as a base of the interaction between the trainee and the system. A thorough state of the art is analyzed, later the main components of the system are described, as well as an outline of the applied 3D recovery algorithm.
