Abstract

Proper modeling of the switching windows leads to a better estimate of the noise induced delay variations. The present paper proposes a new continuous switching model. This new model is combined with the principle of superposition of linear circuits. It not only surpasses the accuracy of the traditional discrete model but also integrates with an ordering technique that avoids convergence and multiple solution issues.
