title = "A heterogeneity based method to identify major variability component",
abstract = "Decreasing CMOS feature sizes has led to variability issues. The redesigning of components required to mitigate these issues requires knowledge of the influence a component has in a system. This paper introduces a heterogeneity based approach that uses energy flow to identify key components in a circuit. These key components have a major impact on circuit parameters such as reliability, speed and power and allow efficient redesign as they alleviate the need to test numerous corner cases.",
