Abstract
Mini-Abstract We describe a unique case where a 53-year-old man with history of intravenous drug abuse and prior endocarditis presented with fever and chest pain. He was found to have a eustachian valve vegetation and bioprosthetic pulmonary valve vegetation. The causative organism was Candida albicans. In this case, three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography clearly identified the pulmonic valve vegetation which was not well seen on two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography.
