Abstract

Comments on a paper by P. Puumalainen et al. (see ibid., vol.27, p.425-9, 1982). That paper indicated that the measured coherent/Compton scatter ratio is proportional to the third power of the effective atomic number (Z3). The present authors however feel that this is not the case.
