Abstract

3-Modified D-myo-inositol imidazolyl ether lipid phosphates and a carbonate were synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of PI3-K and Akt. These data are presented along with IC₅₀ values for the inhibition of the growth of three cancer cell lines.
