Dataset

Description

This dataset contains 30 interannual June-July-August-September climatologies from five time-slice climate model simulations (8 ka, 6 ka, 4 ka, 2ka, 0 ka) during the Holocene. The simulations are conducted using IsoCAM, the NCAR CAM3.0 model (Community Atmosphere Model, version 3.0) equipped with water isotope tracers. The results include the global values of surface temperature, precipitation, oxygen/hydrogen isotope ratios in the total precipitation. Results related to the evolution of the Asian monsoon and stable water isotope ratios during the Holocene are discussed in Tharammal et al. (2020), DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.quascirev.2020.106743.
