Description

S. carpocapsae and S. feltiae orthologs with conserved expression (cosine similarity > 0.95). Lists 1,438â S. carpocapsae orthologs that have conserved expression with S. feltiae during nematode development. The file includes the gene ID of S. carpocapsae (column 1), the ortholog expression similarity (cosine similarity, column 2), the expression values (in TPM) of the S. carpocapsae and S. feltiae orthologs during the time course in replicates (columns 3â 18), and the stage(s) that the ortholog expression is conserved in (column 19).
